A portal that a dealer can log into to accomplish the task they want to without having to contact the auction.

Auction View

Dealers can see all of their purchases and consignments within the auction chosen. (A dealer has the ability to toggle through all auctions that are on our system, to see their information pertaining to that auction)

Title Management

• Dealers can see all titles they are still waiting for • Can look back at the history of any title • Message the Auction for an update on a title

IF bid (On Call) Notifications

• Dealers get notified of the outcome of all IF bids • Dealers have the ability to answer counter offers

Payments

• Dealers can see the vehicles that still need to be paid for • Can look back at the history of how and when any vehicle was paid for • Initiate payment through the portal

Arbitration

• Dealers can be notified of arbitration outcomes through the portal • Can initiate an arbitration claim on any eligible purchase • Message with arbitration through the portal
